How should income be distributed? What obligations do the wealthy have to the poor? How do we create a just society in regards to money and class? Join us for this ongoing text study and discussion about Jewish ethics and economic life. Free and no advance registration is required.

Anat Hoffman, the director of the Israel Religious Action Center and co-founder and chairwoman of Women of the Wall has promoted Jewish pluralism, tolerance, and equality in Israeli society as a leader in the struggle for the right of women to wear a pray shawl and read from the Torah scroll at the Western Wall. Hosted at Congregation Netivot Shalom in Berkeley.

Rabbi Fuchs is a dynamic leader who has undertaken major social campaigning for nearly 40 years and fostered dialogue and understanding. Join us as he discusses the tensions and issues facing progressive Jews in Israel.
