Religious School (K-7)
Temple Sinai Religious School is our Jewish education program for children in Kindergarten
through 7th grade. We offer Sunday and after school programming, 2 to 3 hours a week, which engages children in studying Jewish text and tradition, experiencing Jewish ritual, prayer and community, and exploring the many facets of our Jewish identities. Our program includes interactive learning activities, art and music, family programs, field trips, child-centered clergy-led services, and community building. Plus we offer holiday programs, bar/bat mitzvah preparation, youth outings, retreats and class-trips, and adult learning.
Students in Kindergarten-2nd grade meet once a week for 2 hours and students in 4th-6th grade meet for Judaic Studies once a week for 2 hours plus participate in a small group Hebrew program for one hour a week. 3rd graders meet once a week for two hours and have the option to participate in our small group Hebrew program for one hour a week. 7th grade meets once a week for two hours.
