Tuesday Morning Minyan
Tuesdays at 7:30am in the Albers Chapel
Do you wonder why we read the prayers we do, where they come from, what order they come in, or how they are chanted? Do you crave an understanding of the meaning (both literal and mystical) of Jewish prayers?
If so, then join us, along with Rabbis Straus and Adar, as they lead us as we explore the prayers and learn the traditional davening (prayer) style. This minyan (a group gathered to pray, traditionally at least 10 adults) can serve to enhance your daily spiritual life, broaden your participation in Shabbat services, increase your social circle at the synagogue, provide a safe, holy moment at the beginning of your day, or create a loving atmosphere in which to say the Kaddish (memorial prayer).
