Counting the Omer, which begins on the evening of April 13th, is a spiritual journey of personal growth and community building. It is the marking of the 49-day period between Passover and Shavuot, when Moses and our people received the Torah. It is marked by a daily counting — exploring and celebrating each of seven Sefirot — loving kindness, strength, beauty, endurance, splendor, foundation and presence. Join us on this exciting journey.
The April 6th Kick-off introductory meeting will be to talk about why we count, what we hope to gain from this process and to share resources and tips for maintaining our focus during the 49 days.
Participants will be receiving a daily email that highlights the theme of the day. In addition to the in-person introductory meeting on April 6, 2025; there will be two check-in Zoom meetings on April 20th and May 18th; and an in-person wrap-up meeting on June 1st.
