Help us assemble our sukkah (two month before the holiday so you will have time to prepare should you want your own) and stay to celebrate. Or come a bit late just for the party. Snacks and beverages and, yes, a little learning about the holiday of Sukkot.

A Sinai family in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland will host a “sukkah raising” party on Sunday, August 14, 2022, 1pm - 4pm. Guests will help assemble and decorate a sukkah using a kit. We will then celebrate the (hopefully) successful project with snacks and beverages while we discuss the pros and cons of different approaches to erecting a sukkah.
