2025-2026 Membership Renewal Form

Our fiscal year for the period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 is approaching and we kindly request that you reaffirm your commitment to Temple Sinai by renewing your membership for the upcoming year, 2025 – 2026. We value and appreciate the diverse financial circumstances of our members, and we strive to serve all who wish to be part of the Temple Sinai community.

Members of the Chai Circle pledge a minimum annual contribution of $12,000 for three consecutive years.
