The balance will automatically be charged in two quarterly installments from the date of your first payment at the time of registration.
Scholarships
Limited scholarships are available. Scholarship money applies to tuition only. Families requesting scholarships are required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit upon registration which will be credited towards tuition payment. Scholarship requests are made directly through the registration process.
Refund Policy
If your child withdraws from classes
- 100% of tuition refunded through 2nd week of classes
- 50% of tuition refunded through week 8 of classes
- 25% of tuition refunded through week 13 of classes
- No refunds issued after week 13 of classes
Membership Policy
Temple Sinai Membership “in good standing” is required for enrollment. You must renew your Temple membership for the July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 fiscal year before registering your child(ren) for Youth Education. In addition, you must be current on any financial obligations to the Temple for previous membership pledges or education fees. If you have an outstanding balance or question about your Temple finances, please contact our Business Manager, Rhonda Hartman, at (510) 451-3263 x303.
B'nei Mitzvah Policy
Your child must be registered for the full year of Youth Education at the time you schedule your B'nei Mitzvah date, and must maintain attendance during the years leading up to and including the full year of the B'nei Mitzvah ceremony.
